Child Care Voucher

SNAP

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) provides nutrition assistance to low-income households by increasing their food purchasing power.

Who can benefit? You may be able to get SNAP benefits if you are:

  • Homeless
  • Unemployed
  • Elderly or disabled and are low-income
  • Receiving welfare or other public assistance payments
  • Working for low wages or working part-time

LIHEAP - SC Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides Direct Assistance for Heating and Cooling; Emergency Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) for Heating and Cooling; and Supplemental Funding for the Low-Income Weatherization Program (WAP). LIHEAP is a Federal emergency assistance block grant funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
