Partners Personnel announces merger with Nexem Staffing
Santa Barbara, CA, September 23, 2019 – Partners Personnel and Nexem Staffing have finalized an agreement to merge their resources to form a larger, more powerful staffing organization that will ultimately carry the Partners Personnel brand name. The new combined company will have over 50 branch offices in 11 states across the country and employ over 11,000 associates each week with combined annual revenue of more than $400 million. The organization places individuals in temporary and direct hire positions in light industrial, clerical, IT, finance & accounting positions and provides additional workforce solutions services across a variety of industries and work environments. Combining the resources and expertise of Partners Personnel and Nexem Staffing will strengthen the organization’s capacity to execute on our Mission Statement: “To help people and organizations improve through partnership”.
The two-fast growing organizations share a similar set of core values, purpose and growth strategies. By combining strong client footprints, rich industry talent and experience, and improved access to resources, our Service Offering to customers and associates is greatly enhanced.
