Overview
Our Administrative/Clerical positions range from entry level support roles to Executive support of a C-level Manager. These positions require at least 1-2 years of experience based on the level of support needed, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills.
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with purchasing materials
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Manufacturing/shop industry experience preferred
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Frequently bend to file and maintain files
- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
