Initially, our client worked with several staffing providers; however, our consistent performance in order fulfillment and safety soon positioned us as their exclusive and primary staffing service.

Through our Premier Partner Program, we introduced a robust, industry-leading safety initiative aimed at fostering a secure and productive work environment. This safety program includes our unique safety observation process, which raises awareness about safe workplace practices. Our on-site management team collaborates closely with the client’s safety department, ensuring seamless communication and continuous improvement. Regular coaching and feedback sessions help our associates stay informed and vigilant, and we provide ongoing reporting to keep the client updated on safety progress.
Ramp-In Process and Safety Integration
To ensure that associates feel fully prepared for their roles, we collaborated with the chicken processing plant to implement a structured Ramp-In process at the beginning of each assignment. This process helps new associates understand their responsibilities, receive essential training, and internalize critical safety practices. The smooth integration of our safety program is the result of strong cooperation between our on-site management team and the plant’s safety team, creating an environment where safety is a top priority.
Results of Our Safety-Focused Partnership
The results of our safety program speak volumes. Over the past three years, we have seen significant improvements in the Incidence Frequency Rate (IFR), which has decreased by more than half. Here’s a snapshot of the IFR progress:

- 2024 IFR : 4.42
